Keith began coaching at Fieldhouse in the fall of 2013, although for the last 6 years Keith has been coaching adult and Student athletes in Sudbury. His training philosophy is centered around four key components: warmup, core, cardio and strength. He believes a well rounded training regimen is needed to improve overall strength, minimize injury, and increase endurance. He encourages families to exercise together and to maintain healthy eating habits. Keith has run 6 marathons, and he continues to motivate clients to set similar goals of running 26.2 miles.
