The FIELDHOUSE has been providing Adult Fitness classes in group exercise format since 2008. The classes are run very similar to the Sports Performance programs and everyone is trained as an athlete. There are a wide variety of athletes that come to these classes across many different ability levels.
The first three classes are free. Check out our schedule and get in to get fit.
