Adult Fitness

The FIELDHOUSE has been providing Adult Fitness classes in group exercise format since 2008. Each year our classes have become more popular. Whether your mission is to lose weight, rehab from an injury (or prevent one), or to simply enjoy a great workout in a supportive environment, our certified coaches are dedicated to help you meet your goals.

All our adult programs include a directed warm-up including myofascial release and static stretching followed by dynamic movement, functional strength and conditioning which includes a mix of plyometrics, weight training, and core stability. Our coaches are dedicated to educating clients and spreading the message of health and wellness through purposeful and functional movement. We believe that people who move well live more healthful lives.

There are a wide variety of athletes that come to these classes across many different ability levels.

The first three classes are free!


Spring Schedule 2015 - STARTS January 2nd!

Regular Adult Classes:

Monday-Saturday: 8:00-9:00am

Monday-Friday: 9:15-10:15am

Monday & Friday: 10:30-11:30am

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 5:45-6:30am

Monday & Wednesday: 6:30-7:30pm

Sunday: 9:30-10:30am

Including childcare*:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:15-10:15 am*

Monday & Friday 10:30-11:30 am*


Adult H.I.I.T. Small Group Training:

The FIELDHOUSE SP is pleased to offer small group H.I.I.T.   A mix of TRX suspension training, battle ropes, sleds, ladders, hurdles and more, this cardio-strength class will increase strength, flexibility, balance, power, and overall lean muscle mass. This class is run as a circuit and can include ropes or other equipment to compliment the TRX.

Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00am-11:30 am

H.I.I.T. includes childcare upon request.
