Blast Your cardio fitness to the next level! The class combines fun cardio and core routines with specific muscle conditioning that will be tailored to the class needs from week to week.

F.I.T

Functional Interval Training is our trademark class with a blend of body weight exercises, strength, plyometric, core and cardio. Everything from burpees to bench press with a different class every time.

Cardio Kickbox

A kickboxing style cardio workout. Punches and kicks paired with different stations of core, plyometric and strength training will maximize calorie burn and total body training.
